We manufacture highly advanced Electrostatic Precipitator that is used for removing particles from the exhaust gas stream of various industrial processes. Basically, its process involves combustion, but it can either be another industrial process that is capable of emitting particles to the atmosphere. The process used in Electrostatic Air Filters precipitators is a combination of six simple activities.

Discharge Electrode:

Operating Principle:

  • Uses electrostatic forces generated from high voltage discharge electrodes to ionize solid and aerosol particles
  • These start migrating towards grounded membrane, which is continuously irrigated by a water film on the membrane surface
  • This membrane is inert to almost all corrosive gases at the same time electrically conductive so as to collect the charged particles

 

Operating Flexibility:

  • The membrane based wet esp can be operated under various condition and process parameters
  • It can very easily handle flexibility in combustion of materials as in incinerator plants, and multi-fuel boilers as there is no effect of ash resistivity or re-entrainment as seen in Dry Electrostatic Precipitators
  • The MWESP also has a very low-pressure drop and therefore saves blower power

 

Customised Sizing:

  • The MWESP is available in different sizes and the modular designs that help in augmentation of existing equipment by just increasing the membrane section along the height or in parallel
  • The same equipment can be used during capacity enhancement of boilers in the future with minimum modification in the end of the pipeline solution

 

Ultra Compact Design:

  • The MWESP has collection membrane in both width and length forming grids in the control volume
  • It has a much larger collecting area in a lower volume of equipment compared to parallel plate Dry ESP

 

Scrubber Section:

  • Flue gas entering the MWESP is pre-scrubbed before entry into the membrane section
  • This is equipped with spiral full cone nozzles that are non-clogging and can be used without problem with liquids containing solid particles multi-venture decks for adjustable Differential pressure

 

Minimal Water Usage:

  • Recirculating water in the water film also cools the gases and thereby condenses a part of it back to the recirculation and therefore acts as makeup water for evaporative losses
